Pet Care

Pet Care

Pet Care is offered in all Canadian Provinces and 49 of the 50 states. Pet Care operates under different insurance names depending on locations. These names are, QuickCare, ShelterCare, 24PetWatch, and Union Plus Pet Watch. It operates as Quick Care and Shelter Care in the US and is available in every state except Alaska.

Although some restrictions may apply, there is a guaranteed acceptance into the pet health care insurance option. There will be no denial based on age of the cat or dog, instead certain policy may be unavailable based on the age of the pet. As long as the cat or dog is over 8 weeks they are eligible for certain plans. Once the dog or cat is insured they are insured for that coverage for life until it’s cancelled by the owner. There is a 15 day waiting period for illnesses, and a no physical exam ruling.

Pet Care offers a flexible range of options in pet insurance for the pet owner. There are policies that cover from 70% of procedures to 90% and in some cases 100% of the costs. Premiums and deductibles are flexible depending on plan and will not increase due to the age of the animal going up.

Coverage is based on up to date tables and quotes instead of using the out of date benefit tables. There is even available coverage for hereditary conditions and illnesses. There is also unlimited lifetime accident coverage, and a set lifetime illness coverage for each dog and cat.
